project runway

I am now working on a huge project which is currently the craziest part of my college life ,it is an abnormal size of A0 paper that we have to draw and paint on it which i think it's a little bit too difficult for a year 1 student.And the crazier thing is i am a fashion student, why the hell do i have to work on this kind of FINE ARTS stuff?! 

What the worse is this project is only a tiny part of my piling assignments and my assessment week is just around the corner!!!!!

I am DIEING.

Anywayyy,this project which i am working on is about to reconstruct a picture using lines, dots and texture .Me and  my group mates have choosen a woman portrait for this which we all agree that a portrait is always easier than a landscape.

We reconstruct the face part using different thickness of swirls and lines and leave it black and white. As for the hair part we inject with dip-dyed elements,playing around with colours and tones for the curvy lines of hair.It took us five weeks to finish most of the painting .

We are currently looking like some pale-unhealthy-dangerously looking walking deads.We spent our lunch time, holidays, weekends even sleep time working on this shit,if the lecturer fail me at the final ,i swear i will kill her.

I swear, To the God.

rtw at Coffe Bean

Time flies so fast this year and it's already September, 

which reminds me of the fame song of Green day,

"Wake Me Up When September Ends".

However,this month seems like never ends this time while also being a bit shady which made me feel so uncomfortable with as the sky recently is like drizzling all the times with tiny drops of rain but never give a huge splash onto the earth and it makes the weather these days so DAMN IT.

Luckily this week is a short break for me so i don't have to walk through both m'sia and s'pore customs everyday back and forth while also suffering from those unstoppable water drops and sucks weather.

And today is just  one of those blessing days where i can spend my lovely free time hanging alone in Coffee Bean doing nothing but surfing at the most recent shows. Spring 2014 RTW  has started roady after another since last month and i finally got a chance to look through now.And yessss, i've done a bit research and collection for this so this post is going to be a bit like sharing of great show.

RANDOM SNAPPIE

I've got little to no time to research for good pictures and take good photos for the past week so i posted some very very selfie photos of mine for today's blog, hope you guys won't be too disappointed by them.

These were taken few weeks ago by using photo taking function in my mac when i was attacked by boredom and doing nothing in my room,was wearing a set of tie-dye costume(hope you can see it cause the black&white  mode make it confusing)which was i really dope ,pairing a bunch of messy 'weird-length' hair and with no makeup at all.

I was, completely looking like a pale-old-unhealthy dude.

Be frank,i was trying to be a little bit hipster but i seemed  to turn more into hippies. Haiz.

Anywayyyy,my mood of the day is just like these few photos.

I hate 3d lesson from the bottom of  my heart and it is the main  thing to form up my currently-sucked-up feeling.I am so frustrated with the lecturer as me myself don't really agree with his side of taste and grading way. He is annoying.What even worse is i had a little fight with my sister few days ago, so it made me more stressful these days.

Well,i think it's enough for today because my assignments are still pilling and i got NOT ENOUGH TIME to complete them.

Someone please help me to walk through this monsoon ,it's driving me crazy!!!

Society common phenomenon tells that 70 percents of people normally will only put their attention and cares on the women fashion,and the men, are always being neglected, practically forgotten.Even the designers do,Tommy Hilfiger has cancelled his Men's Runway Show during NY Fashion week in attend to bolster his women collection.(What?!)

So...this time post is going to be more about fashion of MEN side, well, exactly of Men fashion it is, am trying to express the feel of not being pleased with the unfair treating between GIRL&GUY Fashion. Late night of last thursday when i  was surfing at the always-wanna-surfed NYMAG.COM ,i deliberately clicked into the MenSpring2014 show to really wanna take a look of what MEN'S Fashion got. 

And wow,the first thing that caught my eyes really made me stop in front of the computer for quiet a long time. It was the Givenchy's review of menspring 2014 ,and i have to say,they are incredibly amazing ,eyecathcing of course and chicness to max.Whatever. They were just so cool that made me tapped on the slideshow bar witin 2 seconds time.Then,i started to be amazed, never knew that men's costume can also be this great,not less than the women's,really.

Those textile,cutting ,layout and outrageously-printing  technique made me so respective (sounds weird but yea ,it was)And i think maybe only Givenchy can do this, making the menswear so  elegant and modernity ,not just those dull mensuit ,preppy clothes with necktie and the polo shirt...

My favourite look was the second last of the picture below,if a guy can wear like that on the street,HE IS THE MAN of high fashion. As i always believe the belief of what 'less is more'.Givenchy got that.They create super chic style while also reaching the balance, i think this collection is an epic work.I love it and i really wanting to get those sweaters , hope there will be some similar ones in women's collection.Those designs are just modernistic and eclectic , close to perfection.I love GIVENCHY'S style,are you with me?

KENZO LOVA

Since KENZO SWEATER's "wind" started blowing around the town from Europe to eastern countries, my heart has been urging to  grab one of them to my wardrobe despite i will never had the chance to wear it in Malaysia as the weather is like damning sultry the whole year! Anyway,i still really wanted to own one of them,they are too lovely! And i can't believe i just got my dream come true.

It was about two months ago, i accidentally saw a fashion website which sells the KENZO SWEATERS online when i was surfing on the internet, and they do sell the limited edition which was i really wanted to have!! SO i decided to buy it although the price was killing me T T.And the parcel arrived faster than i thought, i was sooooooooo excited when i saw the parcel on my room! Overexcited. (you will never know how i felt when i saw it ).And now,i finally got a chance to share this baby with you all,had a few snapshots with the sweater on in the room cause i was too obsessed with it.Hope you will like it!

ONCE in a century,i am glad

3rd AUGUST 2013 was maybe just a day passed by. yet to some of us,it means a lot, it was the ONCE in a century.

Yesterday was my secondary school's 100th year anniversary, the precious 100th. I was glad to be there ,glad to be one of the luckiest  to celebrate this grand ceremony.

 宽 柔 情   百 年 心

"FOON YEW" ,an educational academy which existed since the year of 1913,currently including five primary schools, two secondary institutes and one university college which all under Chinese education system in Malaysia.

We call these a 'FOON YEW School Village', a family which concludes the essence of Chinese culture ,the spirits of pursuing higher  level of Chinese education.

Foreigner may not be familiar with us , but as a Chinese who lives in Malaysia, we are always proud to say,

'FOON YEW' is currently the biggest CHINESE EDUCATION ACADEMY in our country, and it is not as simple as you think of FOON YEW to reach here this day.

THE 100 YEARS PASSED BY WAS A LONG ROAD,WHICH ONLY THE FOON YEW'S KNOW HOW HARD AND PAINFUL WAS THAT TIME.I am the LUCKY one, din't have to suffer the hardship of building up Chinese education in this country which mainly uses language Malay instead of Mandarin.What we have today is not what we deserve, we have to cherish these gifts given by the ancestries  ,we have to be proud to have the chance to learn Chinese in this day.

Me and my sister(current student in FOON YEW )took this photo yesterday, we were sitting at the front row,you can never believe how big the stage was! And the performancers either,they were all epic and well done! 

I am proud to be a part of 'Foon Yew' ,proud to be graduated from this MOTHER OF CHINESE EDUCATION.

I hope CHINESE EDUCATION WILL NEVER COMES TO AN END in Malaysia,

I love my 'Foon Yew'.

hei peepoo,welcome welcome welcome !i am new in this blogger world ,have been trying out for so long to make up this thing and i have to say... its kinda HARD for me as i am not that kind of person whos "flexible" with computer .Therefore ,i was stuck... for days ,and extremely distressed with it.

Well,i am pretty happy and exciting with the blog(which i am not supposed to) and i will be looking forward for much and more in the coming future! Today is just a super duper chillax saturday with NO SCHOOL! (scream people scream) 

While i still have to juggle over my studies and the projects which are kindly given by the lecturers...

Life seems to be tougher than before since the day i started my college life in NAFA,which is an art school located in singapore . 
At first, i thought it would be interesting and fun but.......
i was just soooooo wrong !!!!

I am STRESSED by the lessons and I need some DESSERTS now !

here i am going to post my FAVOURITE MACARONSS!

      

 A sweet meringue-based confection made with EGGS,ICING SUGAR,GRANULATED SUGAR , ALMOND POWDER OR REAL GROUNDNUT, and FOOD COLOURING. It is also called LUXEMBURGERL .

Commonly filled with ganache, buttercream o jam filling sandwiched between two biscuits. The name is derived from the ITALIAN word macarone, maccarone or maccherone.
